About K9 Pepper
Born in Melbourne, VIC in the good old 'Land Down Under' we know as Australia, Sera was assigned Male at birth. At 11 years old, she was officially diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. At 14 years old, she realized her body did not feel her own and came to the epiphany that the doctors had dictated her natal sex but could not dictate her gender identity successfully.

Due to a traumatic school life where she endured 6 (thankfully) unsuccessful attempts on her life, made a target for her eccentric behavior (IE: symptoms of Tourettes Syndrome), she chose to hide her gender identity until she felt safer.

At 24 years old, she finally stepped out and told her family and friends about what had been going on in her head and at 25, she began taking Finestaride. At 27, she began taking Progynova and is currently waiting to go onto anti-androgens to get transition fully underway.

At the end of July, 2017, Sera had long since adopted the persona 'K9 Pepper', but while unsure what to create exactly, her tendency to rant and get argumentative struck her as better channeled through a more productive medium.

This led to her debut comic strip series, 'The Scoville Files', where she hurls her opinions and frustrations into a rant that doctor's recommend taking with a grain of salt.

This is only the beginning for her journey, as she sets out to make people think long and hard about anything....ok, anything except that. (Jeez, get your mind out of the gutter)

She has one mission.

"Keep it spicy."
